Delivery

How quickly do you deliver?

The delivery time for our box springs is usually 3 to 6 weeks. This depends on the specific model and your preferred date, which you must specify when placing your order. We will always contact you in advance to discuss your preferred delivery day or week and coordinate the delivery and assembly accordingly.

What are the delivery costs?

Our prices always include delivery and assembly, right to your bedroom, on the Spanish Costa. We will also take all packaging material with us when we leave. In the latter case, please note the 60-day satisfaction guarantee as described in the Terms and Conditions. You can find these at the bottom of our website.

Do you also assemble the box spring?

Yes, our Dutch delivery staff will assemble your new bed or box spring immediately after delivery. That way, you don't have to worry about a thing. We will check together with you that everything is to your satisfaction before we leave.

Can I also collect my bed, box spring or bedding from you?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your new bed, box spring or bedding from us.

Do you also deliver to the interior of Spain?

No, we deliver up to approximately 50 kilometres inland from the coast as standard. Do you live further away, for example in the Granada, Albacete or Lleida area? Please contact us so that we can work out a solution together.

Do you deliver to islands such as Mallorca or Tenerife?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Balearic and Canary Islands.

What do I need to prepare for delivery?

Make sure there is enough space for our delivery staff to bring your new box spring to the bedroom. Watch out for obstacles such as stairwells or narrow passageways. Our Dutch delivery staff are happy to help move small items of furniture, but we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused.

I have only ordered bedding. Will you deliver this yourself?

If you have only ordered bedding, it will be sent by post. You will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your order and see when it will be delivered.

Prices and payment

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices include 21% VAT, delivery and assembly. There are no hidden costs.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay securely with us via:

• iDEAL (for Dutch customers).

• Payment request or bank transfer (for customers with a Spanish bank account).

• Bancontact (for Belgian customers).

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Upon delivery, you can pay the remaining amount by debit card, payment request or cash to our delivery staff.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we always require a minimum deposit of 50% when placing your order. The rest is payable upon delivery. For orders of bedding only, we require 100% payment in advance.

Warranty and service

What if I am not satisfied with my box spring?

We understand how important a good night's sleep is, especially in your Spanish dream home. That is why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. You can find the terms and conditions on our website. If you are not satisfied with your new bed, mattress or box spring, we will work with you to find a solution.

What is the warranty on my box spring?

The warranty varies per product. You can find the exact warranty period in the product details on our website.

Can you make a custom box spring?

Yes, we offer customisation options. Whether you want an extra-long box spring or are looking for specific colours and materials to match your interior in Spain, we are happy to help. Please contact us for the possibilities.

Do you have a showroom?

We work entirely online via our webshop to keep costs low. This means we can offer competitive prices without compromising on quality. Thanks to our satisfaction guarantee, you can try out your new box spring at home, for example in your home in Marbella, Pals or Torrevieja.

Can I make an appointment for personal advice?
